Our Pistachios are from Rafsanjan, Kerman province, Iran's famous pistachio capital. Our manufacturing partners have been in the business for 50+ years, among Iran's top pistachio producers, and we have 20+ years of experience in the Middle Eastern food market. We provide different sizing options and ounces along with the kernel (without shells) version of each pistachio type.

Akbari Pistachios

Also known as Super Long Pistachios. This type of pistachio has the highest economic value, and is exclusive to Iran. Its fruits are long, large and almond shaped. Akbari pistachios can be harvested in late September, with high yield. The lower the ounce number, the larger the pistachio is, as a result also more expensive.
Available sizes: 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26.

Ahmad Aghaei Pistachios

Also known as Long Pistachios. The Ahmad Aghaei pistachio nut is rather large and its fruit is almond shaped. It has high yield and shorter time to reach production, along with the whitest shell hue among the four. The lower the ounce number, the larger the pistachio is, as a result also more expensive.
sizes: 24/26, 26/28. 28/30 and 30/32

Fandoghi Pistachios

Also known as Round Pistachios. Fandoghi Pistachios have the lowest shape index compared to the other pistachios. It is the most abundant type of pistachio, thus it is often less expensive than the other pistachio varieties. The lower the ounce number, the larger the pistachio is, as a result also more expensive.

Kalleh Ghouci Pistachios

Commonly known as Jumbo Pistachios due to their size index. They are of the same round type, but larger than Fandoghi pistachios. This type is famous for being large and can be harvested in mid September. The lower the ounce number, the larger the pistachio is, as a result also more expensive.
Size:20/22, 22/24 and 24/26

Pistachio Kernels

Pistachio Kernels are collected from both closed-shell and naturally opened pistachios.
Naturally opened pistachio’s kernels are more expensive due to the costly and time consuming process.
There are also all kinds of Kernels, ranging from green to ripe. We also supply 3 grades of Pistachio Kernels, from Grade 1 to 3.
